My daughters and I just spent 6 relaxing days at Villa Merta Sari no 8 ~ 3 bedroom Villa. I did not want to leave, it was beautifully decorated, clean, very spacious, huge pool and stunning garden. Location was perfect nice and quiet and short walk or grab to everything we needed. Suzy the owner was an absolute gem loved her energy and vibe! Novi and Ibu were so gorgeous and sweet. Suzy was so organised and her info was brilliant we didn't have to really think of anything she had it all there in her file of faves or she was more than happy to let us know anything we asked!! I had tears leaving this beautiful place, our time was so special! Thank you Suzy and your gorgeous team, i miss you guys and will definitely be back!! Highly recommend Villa Merta Sari definitely exceeded our expectations :-).

I absolutely loved Suzy’s villa! My friends and I felt safe going out at any hour due to the guard outside. The cleaning staff kept the villa spotless every day. Suzy is very proactive, making sure we knew the local area and recommended her favorites, which were excellent. The villa is within walking distance of popular spots in Seminyak. This is my second trip to Bali, and I've found my ideal place. I will definitely book this villa again!

Recently stayed in the 2 bedroom unit with our own pool. It was so peaceful. Suzy welcomed us and had sone terrific ideas on restaurants, shopping etc. Her staff were the most beautiful people and the security at night always welcoming. Beautiful gardens lovely pool and everything you need. I would def recommend it without a doubt great location and I can’t speak more highly of it. Can’t wait to go back! I believe she has some vacancy in June so contact Suzy directly if you’re tempted for a getaway.

Having stayed at Villas all over Bali, the Villas Merta Sari are without doubt among the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. They are beautifully located in the heart of Seminyak & our 3 bedroom villa was loaded with features including a huge, deep pool.Suzy has her book of recommendations on the lounge table for the first time visitors. It’s been another wonderful experience & will definitely stay again.

The villa is in quiet neighborhood but walkable to main road that has businesses, beach and food/drinks. The owner and staff are very friendly. We are family of 5 stayed 3 nights. You can count on Suzy and her experience of 15 years hosting for any local recommendations, drivers etc. I like the swimming pool and spend good amount of evenings.

Just stayed 8 days at Villa 10 and can’t wait to return. Everything was perfect. Love the large swimming pool with gorgeous gardens and the open air living area concept. Bedrooms are super comfortable with mozzie nets and fantastic air con. The villas are located in a quiet area but so close to be able to walk to the beach and many great eateries. First time or 30th time, Suzy, the owner will have suggestions for great outings and restaurants. Our villa driver Wa was super helpful in arranging day trips and speaks great English. Just book, you won’t be disappointed, it’s just as it appears in the photos, probably even better. A little gem in paradise.

Amazing! Just shared Villa Merta Sari 10 with a friend for the week. Perfect for the two of us with individual rooms and bathrooms. Suzy’s staff are lovely, Ibu and Novi spoilt us organising fresh fruit and clean sheets…sigh! Fantastic location, strolling distance to our favourite eats! Highly recommend and we will be back ❤️.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Seminyak. The place is stunning and really well looked after. It was super clean, nicely decorated, and felt like our own little paradise. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleaners came every day and left the villa spotless, it was always fresh and tidy which made it even more relaxing. Suzy, the host, was great too. Her recommendation book was really helpful and helped us find the best spots to eat, relax, and explore. We loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Villa 3 (3 bedrooms, over 2 levels) which provided a wonderful haven and lots of space, as well as privacy for teenage children. The kids loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor concept of the villa, as well as the fact there were TVs with endless international cable channels in each room. Due to the excellent security (guards just outside, staff in office next door) we were able to leave the kids and go out to dinner (while all 3 watched individually chosen programs on one tv each!) The staff not only kept an eye on them for us but did a delivery of magnums at 8pm! They also offered us the loan of a local mobile and provided a "black book" of excellent restaurant recommendation and other useful travel tips, which we consulted every day. Other highlights of this stay also include the welcome breakfast they cooked on first morning in our villa. What a lovely touch ! We appreciated that there was always fresh milk and unlimited fresh drinking water in a dispenser - everywhere else in Bali we had to constantly buy and lug bottles of water. We were in Seminyak for a wedding, and the staff were very helpful in terms of booking drivers, hair salons, etc to make the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Merta Sari as a "home away from home" in the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. It is a beautifully appointed luxury haven, in a very quiet and secure laneway. Every detail has been thought about, from the wallet size maps to take out with you, to the luxury soap to cotton buds provided in bathroom. On that note, I just loved the outdoor bathroom in the master suite, a beautiful rain shower amongst tropical plants ! Many thanks to the team at Villa Merta Sari for looking after us so well.

" I brought my family of 5 - incl 2 young children, ages 8 & 10, and a aged mother-in-law - to Bali for vacation for 6days n 5 nights(from May28-2June, 2017). This was their first visit to Bali and my first to Seminyak(having stayed once at Nusa Dua previously). We were apprehensive at first. We were unfamiliar with Seminyak - is it easy to get around? Is it safe? where in Seminyak should we stay - to be closed to basic amenities, the beach, shopping areas and yet not too close to be affected by loud pubs and all-night pounding of music? problem of mosquitoes n rodents in the villa? attentive service and good working condition of villa? After much research online, we picked Villa Mirta Sari - owned and managed by Ms Suzy Salter. We stayed in the villa with 3-bedrms with a private pool. We had one of our best vacation ever! Much thanks to Ms Suzy and her Villa Mirta Sari, and her attentive staff. Villa Mirta Sari was conveniently located near all the important places in Seminyak, and yet located a comfortable distance away from noise and crowds. Villa Mirta Sari was very well maintained and all facilities and equipment are in excellent working condition. Villa Mirta Sari and the outside area were kept very clean. While mosquitoes can be expected anywhere in Bali, they were kept to the minimum with good area cleanliness and maintenance. Rodents were non existent during our stay there. The rooms are well kept and linens, towels are especially clean and fresh. There was good water pressure everyday and a good relaxing shower was never interrupted. Kitchen is well equipped. Refrigerator, microwave, crockeries, paper towels, cloth towels, bottled water were all well provided. Even mosquito coils and insect repellents were well stocked to ensure you dont run out of them when you most need them. Most importantly, for vacationers, Suzy and her staff were most attentive to details and were most helpful to all requests and queries. Suzy personally comes by often enough to check on us to make sure all our needs are met, in addition to the fine work put in by her 3 hardworking staff daily. The presence of a night guard stationed at the entrance of the villa every night made us felt safe too. Suzy’s attentiveness, earnestness and helpfulness was most commendable, and made the most impact on our stay there. Knowing that we were unfamiliar with Seminyak, she provided us with a most useful file with all the do’s and donts, all the taxi operator tel numbers, details n menu of the best restaurants in Seminyak, details and location maps of doctors, pharmacies, money changers n massage parlours. Suzy even volunteered to call taxis and make restaurant/spa reservations for us. She gave invaluable advices on best value places and best time to go. Thank you, Suzy, and your Villa Mirta Sari for making our stay in Seminyak most enjoyable and memorable. Villa Mirta Sari and you are the best! "
